Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Lead and manage the quality control team to ensure compliance with project quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections on-site for concrete works, rebar, formworks, earthworks, and finishing works, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and standards.

  • Maintain comprehensive quality documentation including test reports, inspection checklists, and daily QC reports.

  • Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential quality risks in a timely manner.

  • Train and guide junior QC team members & other QC leader to maintain a high standard of performance.

  • Promote a continuous improvement culture in quality performance across all projects.

Job Requirements

  • BE (Civil , EP,MP) - 2 posts
  •  At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control (Leader) within construction projects 
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality control methodologies and safety regulations
  •  Excellent analytical , problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams including site engineers, contractors and clients
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and risk management
  • Must be professional and capable of long-term cooperation.  Can be use Microsoft Project , Computer Skill, Excel ,Auto CAD
  •  Able to Lead and manage a quality control team .  Must be able to directly reports to BOD.
