Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Check site activities are properly executed according to the approved purchase order (Quotation) and Drawings.
  • Inform and report to manager immediately if any non-compliance or discrepancy found on site.
  • Prepare daily activities, quality inspection reports, and submit to manger for reviewing and to take action if required.
  • Responsible to prepare Material Receiving Record (MRR), Delivery Notes (DN) for all delivered materials which will be used in final products.
  • Check all materials delivered to site are in accordance with approved specifications and requirements.
  • Responsible for QC documents of the completely new stores (G&G/Capital), including certificate, calibration, test material delivered and other important QC documents.
  • Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all new stores (G&G/Capital)’s purchase requisition order.
  • Implement effective QC test & inspection process for new store (G&G/Capital).
  • Record all project activities and analyze all process which can check QC process.
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil or Electrical) And related diploma in project management.
  • Advanced at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiar with Email and General English Skills is needed.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field, and retail background will be advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required.
  • Sound knowledge of Engineering, Construction, Design and M&E.
  • Strongly understand quality control process for renovation field (Civil & Electrical) including technical process.
  • Honesty, Good Teamwork and can travel frequently to Regional Area according to job requirement.
