  • Assist in developing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining ISO 9001 QMS documentation, including SOP, work instructions, forms, templates, and records.
  • Ensure that QMS documents are prepared using approved formats and templates.
  • Assist relevant departments in implementing QMS procedures and ISO 9001 requirements as needed.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain objective evidence and relevant records for internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that employees are aware of and follow applicable approved procedures and forms.
  • Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Traditional Medicine, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or another related field.
  • Basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015 or other quality management and documentation systems.
  • At least two year of experience in ISO 9001:2015 documentation, record management, QA/QC, production, administration, or other related work. Fresh graduates with strong documentation and computer skills may also be considered.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, and computer skills.
  • Willingness to learn and support the implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
