Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage end-to-end production operations and achieve production targets.
  • Develop and implement monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.
  • Manage production lines, manpower, machinery, materials, and capacity.
  • Monitor OEE, productivity, yield, downtime, wastage, and production costs.
  • Ensure product quality, SOP/GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance.
  • Lead production teams and drive continuous improvement, Lean, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
  • Prepare production reports and monitor key KPIs.
  • Support new product trials, line commissioning, and production scale-up.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field.
  • 8–12+ years of manufacturing experience, with 3–5+ years in Production Management.
  • FMCG/Tobacco manufacturing experience highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OEE, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, GMP/HACCP, and ISO.
  • Strong leadership, planning, cost-control, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English & Myanmar communication skills.
  • Willing to travel or relocate nationwide.
