The Quality Management Representative (QMR) is responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015, customer requirements, and relevant industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, maintain, and improve the QMS according to ISO 9001:2015.
  • Monitor processes, conduct gap analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, customer requirements, and quality standards.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits.
  • Maintain QMS documentation, audit records, non-conformities, incidents, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor risks, incidents, customer complaints, and corrective action effectiveness.
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Provide ISO/QMS training to employees.
  • Support customer satisfaction improvement and complaint resolution.
  • Lead internal quality audits, management review meetings, and certification activities.
  • Support GMP and GDP implementation when required by customers.
  • Work with departments to ensure consistent quality standards.

Job Requirements

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management practices.
  • Experience in audits, documentation, corrective actions, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Good communication, teamwork, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to train employees and work with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and auditors.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/ Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certificate required.
  • Lead Auditor qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience with modern project management software is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management or a related role.
