Job Requirements

BE (Civil), AG(Civil), or a related engineering degree.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, especially in projects.
Proficient in reading construction drawings.
Strong skills in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity measurement. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of decoration materials. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
Must be a team player and able to meet deadlines.
Willing to work overtime if required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify completed work.
