Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bills of Estimate (BE), and cost estimates for construction and renovation projects.
Produce detailed architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Prepare project schedules, work progress reports, and other project documentation.
Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site inspections, coordinate with site engineers and supervisors, and resolve site-related issues.
Measure maintenance and renovation works on-site, prepare material lists, estimate project costs, and submit reports.
Prepare detailed drawings for renovation and maintenance works when required.
Ensure project documentation, reports, and records are accurate and completed on time.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure project quality, cost control, and timely completion.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Age between 25 and 45 years.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Design, Decoration, Construction, or Renovation projects.
Able to prepare complete project documentation, including Detailed Drawings, BOQ, BE, Cost Estimates, Project Schedules, Progress Reports, and related documents.
Proficient in Quantity Surveying and estimation software.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and AutoCAD 2D/3D.
Able to conduct site inspections and coordinate effectively with site personnel.
Capable of measuring maintenance works, estimating costs, preparing material requirements, and producing detailed drawings when necessary.
Strong reporting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Honest, responsible, and of good moral character with no criminal record.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Willing to work long-term with the company.
Able to follow company policies, procedures, and regulations.
