Objective:           

 To support the glass bottle manufacturing by keeping molds and machine accessories in perfect working condition through accurate CNC/VMC operation and skilled repair work. To support the crafting and modification of tools and equipment for plant production

Job Descriptions:

• To operate CNC/VMC Machines: Set up, run, and adjust machines to manufacture or modify mold parts with high precision.
• Technical drawing reading: Translate technical drawings into accurate machine movements.
• Quality Control: Use measuring tools (calipers/micrometers) to verify parts match the required specifications.
• Tooling & Safety: Manage workshop cutting tools and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• To monitor, record and report the monthly mold accessories modification
• Preventative Maintenance Planning: Develop and execute a routine maintenance schedule for CNC/VMC machinery to prevent unexpected breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• ​Inventory & Consumables Management: Oversee the stock levels of spare parts, cutting inserts, welding supplies, and raw materials; initiate purchase requests to ensure no production delays occur due to lack of supplies.
• ​Technical Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of all repairs, machine adjustments, and mold modifications to create a historical database for better troubleshooting and future reference.
• Any duties assigned by superiors.

• Diploma or Degree Holder ( prefer Mechanical Engineering )
• Proven ability to operate CNC/ VMC machines; experience with manual milling and lathe work; familiarity with metal polishing and finishing.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals in English; fluent in Burmese.
• Must have knowledge in Mechanical Drawing , Welding  and Steel Structure .
• Minimum 1 -2 year of experience in CNC/VMC Operations  
• Communicative level of English
• Ability to utilize Design Software ( Solidwork, Auto CAD , CAM,etc… )
• Ability to work in operation area (Mold Shop / Machine Shop)
• Good Attitude and willingness to learn
