Job Summary
Modern Space Furnishing and Decoration Co., Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support interior design and decoration projects in Yangon. The role focuses on cost control, measurement, tender support, and site coordination to ensure quality delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior design and decoration works.
● Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to support budgeting and project planning.
● Assist with tender submissions, quotation comparisons, and subcontractor cost analysis.
● Monitor project costs, variations, progress claims, and final accounts throughout execution.
● Coordinate with designers, engineers, suppliers, and site teams to resolve quantity and cost issues.
● Support site measurements, material checks, and documentation for payments and reporting.
● Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, variations, and payment certificates.

● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
● Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or contract administration.
● 3year+ Experience in interior design, decoration, or finishing works is highly preferred.
● Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, measurement, tendering, and final account processes.
● Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents accurately.
● Good skills in MS Excel, Word, and related estimating or project tools.
● Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
● Able to manage deadlines, work independently, and handle multiple project tasks.
● Based in Yangon and willing to work in Dagon Myothit (Seikkan).
