Job Summary
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, measurement, valuation, and documentation for waterproofing, repair, and strengthening projects. The role ensures accurate project cost control, efficient material tracking, and proper documentation management to support the sales and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation & Budgeting
Measurement & Valuation
Measure quantities of materials and labor required for the project based on site assessments and drawings.
Ensure accurate valuation of work done for payment certifications and cost tracking.
Documentation
Prepare a consumption table based on accurate calculations.
Update the materials tracker regularly to reflect current stock and usage.
Organize and maintain all quotation files in their relevant folders for easy access and retrieval.
Coordinate effectively and provide accurate information to the relevant team.
Email required project documents to the Project Monitoring Team.
Re-update the new price list in the relevant price files.

Job Requirements
Minimum of (2) - (3) years of experience in a quantity surveying role, preferably in the construction chemical or waterproofing industry.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation and contract administration.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and quantity surveying software.
