Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering financial solutions that create value? Join our Corporate Banking team and play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients while contributing to business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
▶️ Managing overall corporate relationship with companies/organizations/individual customers/partner banks. 
▶️ Engaging customers to increase wallet share of deposits and products (working capital financing and trade financing) and promote sales of new products & services. 
▶️ Handling customer complaints and monitor revenue generated from respective Corporate customer for the Bank.  
▶️ Understanding the customers’ requirements with good sense of credit assessment and industry trends/risk. 
▶️ Providing timely advice to customers from CEO down to junior staff on all banking matters, including regulatory, banking solutions and operational procedures. 
▶️ Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure smooth & timely execution of transactions and speedy response to customer needs. 
▶️ Submitting call reports from customer visit and proposed next steps to manage and develop the relationship. 
▶️ Adhering strictly to the KPI criteria, goals and objectives. 
▶️ Onboarding new customers and companies.  
▶️ Maintaining long-term relationship with customers, companies and other organizations. 
▶️ Identifying and minimizing credit risk within the portfolio through regular credit reviews.  
▶️ Understanding trade, treasury and transaction banking products and services thoroughly including but not limited to cash management, export and import products. 
▶️ Liaising with different departments/divisions within the Bank to provide full service to companies/individual customers/partner banks. 
 
 

 Skill & Competencies Requirement :
🪄 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Banking.  Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
🪄 Strong English communication skills and ability to speak  in Chinese, Korean, Thai, or Japanese will be an added advantage.
🪄 Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
🪄 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
🪄 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
🪄 Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
🪄 Good presentation and time management skills.
🪄 Willingness to travel locally and overseas when required.
🪄 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
