Job Requirements

  • To provide the registration process, fill the right patient information to hospital information system to have specific medical record and hospital registration number
  • Call the patients based on QMS system at registration and Central Cashier area to reduce the prolong waiting time.
  • Provide patient admissions, discharges and transfers by notifying appropriate departments and individuals regarding relevant information. 
  • Arrange for patient transportation, makes inpatient and outpatient appointments and assist patients to designated locations when there is necessary condition and/ or patient’s request.
  • Assist the manager and other related duties as assigned by manager.
