Purpose: To provide a positive interaction for our Customers through friendly and welcoming attitude and delivering 100% accuracy of information to resolve the customers’ request. 

To resolve the customer’s problems in a timely and effective manner leaving the customer with a high degree of satisfaction.

To meet the required business targets for quality and efficiency and customer satisfaction through their personal performance.

 

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Handling Customer Inquiries – Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally through traditional calls and digital channels with accurate information
  2. Problem Solving and Escalating the Customer Issue - Providing the resolution to customer issue with professional and craterous manner by using the provided product knowledge and process in first place. If necessary, escalate the issue to related team to solve within defined timeline
  3. Meeting Performance Targets: Responsible to meet the defined performance targets such as Call Answered, Productivity, Average Call Handling Time, Customer Satisfaction etc. on daily basis
  4. Upselling and Cross Selling – Able to identify the customer needs and recommend the relevant products and services for customer satisfaction by upselling and cross selling
  5. Maintaining Customer Information – Accurately follow the established company rules and regulations to maintain the customer confidentiality information and data available in the provided system
  6. Continuous learning and improving - Willing to stay updated on the latest products, services, process ,policies  and attend provided training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
  7. Positive Attitude & Good Work Ethics – To be a good team player and to deliver the best service and experience with positive attitude and manners

Job Requirements

Minimum Entry Qualifications

  • Any relevant Bachelor Degree

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

  • Minimum 1 years in a similar role or capacity
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a definite advantage.
