Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities across FMCG, F&B, pharmaceutical, chemical, and packaging industries.
Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients and partners
Manage the sales pipeline systematically and ensure effective follow-up to maximize conversion rates
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis
Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and tender documents
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly Business Development and Sales reports to management
Achieve and exceed set KPIs and business targets

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years in B2B industrial sales (preferred: printing, packaging, coding/marking, machinery).
Experience managing teams and handling key accounts.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to travel domestically across Myanmar.
Knowledge of Videojet, Domino, Markem-Imaje, Keyence, or similar equipment is a strong advantage.
Good command of English and Burmese.
