Job Description

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service standards, showroom cleanliness, and visual merchandising
- Monitor sales KPIs, team performance, and individual productivity
- Plan and execute showroom promotions, events, and test-drive campaigns
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle VIP customers and key sales negotiations when required
- Ensure full compliance with brand standards and company policies
- Analyze local market trends and propose strategies to improve showroom performance
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to senior management

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in showroom or retail management (automotive/EV industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Solid understanding of EV technology and customer buying behavior
- Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
- Fluent in local language; English proficiency is an advantage
