Job Description

  • Assists the Business in driving sales and in implementing sales plans in order to ensure the achievement of the branch’s targets and objectives
  • Drive interest income and other fees for the bank by building and managing relationship corporate clients, SME clients, individual and identify cross and up selling opportunities
  • Prospect potential clients, acquire the new accounts; identify clients’ needs, financial requirements turn prospects into successful deals
  • Draw up account development plan; database client master list and update client information regularly; manage own pipeline and supervise pipeline for team members
  • Provide market insights, new product ideas and competitor information to the Management for new product development and process improvement
  • Mainly responsible for deposit target.

Job Requirement

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in related fields
  • 3+ years of experiences in Sales and Deposite Driven filed of banking industry; More prefer for experiencing in Banking
  • Knowledge in MS Office Package
  • Highly motivated for driven target with a proven track record in sales
  • Presentable personality and Strong interpersonal skills
