Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking Department)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To build the strong corporate relationship with corporate customers daily and mainly focus-on the achieving.
  • Support the arrangement of marketing plans in order to meet KPI.
  • Get the appointment with the potential customers to build the stronger business with the bank by cross-selling the bank products and giving the financial advices. 
  • Connect with the respective branches/ departments about the requirements for the customers.
  • Arrange the customer meeting with management to keep strong business relationship ahead and especially keep in touch with loan customers.
  • Share and assign the duties and responsibilities to the team members, and build a strong team-work spirit. 
  • Focus on the potential corporate customers who have the good credit records can be support the trade facilities services including export and import financing.
  • Coordinate with exporters and importers to sell and buy USD/ CNY transactions, FX remittance documentations and help until the completed transactions.
  • Assist the MMK Loan, USD loan repayment to the operation to be a smooth relationship for customer and the bank.
  • Prepare the management report by daily, weekly, monthly, half-year and also year-end.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Any Graduate or other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA or other advanced degree is preferable) 
  • Have at least 4 years of working experiences in related field (Experience in customer service is preferable)
  • Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Well-developed relationship building and teamwork skills 
  • Good communication skills, Marketing skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Good written and spoken English language
