  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Actively work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain attractive, well-stocked, and organized product displays.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment.
  • Prepare accurate daily and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Support and collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of retail or sales experience (fashion industry is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven with proven ability to meet targets.
  • Good organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and professional appearance
