Explore the regional areas and develop the dealers’ segment by identifying the right dealers.
Plan monthly regular trips to visit the potential areas for such development purpose by driving or travelling with most feasible transport.
Able to find out the market preferred products, plan out the flow of dealer appointment, negotiation for appropriate terms of transaction, consistent and persistent to identify the next dealers.
Achieve monthly and annual targets set by the company.
Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to dealers.
Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives at the dealer level.
Other related roles & responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum two to three-year related experience in dealer segment (Construction Materials).
Must have strong verbal and written in English.
Willing to bring samples (20 kgs or more) while exploring the regional areas.
Good skill of computer
Must be able to travel
