  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Handle sale channel management (maintenance, renovation, shop indoor marketing) and project management (shop opening/closing)
  • Manage manpower planning, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring for front-line staff.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Meet with potential clients and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Manage the region in a cost efficient-most effective manner within the current operating budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for sale operations.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor's degree or related diploma.
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager in the same industry or similar field, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Upper intermediated level in English (4 Skills)
