Job Description

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Cultivate and maintain relationships for reliable sales of everyday wine as well as allocated wine.
Maintaining excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards
Maintaining a fully stocked store
Determine the needs and wants of customers
Recommend and present items that meet customer needs
Manage point of sale processes
Actively participate in receiving new shipments
Keep information about products up to date
Follow all company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Minimum a degree holder in Sales, Marketing, Economics or business administration.
Qualification or Certification in Wine / Spirit such as WSET Level 1 or higher, would be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Wine & Spirit or distribution companies
Proficiency in the English language
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Positive Customer Service Oriented Attitude Extremely Essential
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
