• Develop, propose, and execute the assigned areas of country Retail Sales Strategy, and Retail Sales Plans;
• Responsible for the assigned area Retail Net Sales, Gross Margins, and Retail Sales Cost Centre;
• Responsible to increasing Retail Coverage in both width and depth of geographic coverage;
• Responsible to deliver the “Shop Share” targets;
• Responsible for the “Go-To- Market” tools, “Trade Promotions” and “Consumer Promotions”, “Store Branding” executions and “Sell-Out” activations;
• Maintain relationships and introduce new products to current customers.
• Manage inbound customer calls and service appropriately.
• Identify sales opportunities from leads database.
• Maintain contact with current customers to identify increased sales opportunities.
• Close sales or hand off qualified leads to appropriate resources.
• Track own activities and highlight areas where divisional, or local sales executives should get involved.
• Manage incoming customer service calls and provide the appropriate technical support.
• Contact customers to inform them of updates to available color tools.
• Work closely with store owner, managers and associates to resolve issues arising from inbound service calls and ensure highest level of customer service.
• Able to prepare daily, monthly sales report & activities report as well
• Stakeholder management to liaise with factory’s warehouse to provide customer order in time.
• Able to prepare daily route plan and go to market strategy for Retail Team.
• Responsible for Managing and Developing the Retail Sales Team
