An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage daily shop operations and ensure smooth shop performance
  • Lead and supervise sales associates and shop staff
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and increase shop revenue
  • Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
  • Handle customer service issues professionally
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management
  • Train staff in product knowledge and sales techniques

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate & Diploma in Sales (or) Marketing 
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail sales or shop management
  • Experience in fashion, branded retail, perfume, or accessories preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS system, Excel)
