Key Responsibilities
A. Corporate / B2B Development
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with banks, airlines, hotels, tourism companies, and luxury lifestyle brands.
• Develop corporate gifting and premium jewelry programs for institutions and VIP clients.
• Manage collaboration proposals and partnership contracts (e.g., co-branded campaigns).
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and ambassadors.
B. Retail Showroom & Customer Development
• Plan and achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
• Oversee VIP customer relationship programs and loyalty systems.
• Work with showroom managers to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular retail analysis (footfall, conversion ratio, average order value, repeat visits).
• Train showroom sales teams on brand storytelling and upselling techniques.
C. Export / International Market Expansion
• Research and identify overseas distributors, resellers, and exhibition opportunities.
• Develop entry strategies for key international markets (e.g., Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong).
• Handle export documentation, compliance, and product registration where required.
• Represent the brand at global jewelry fairs and luxury networking events.
• Build relationships with foreign retailers and private collectors.
D. Strategy & Reporting
• Prepare monthly business development reports, including competitor analysis.
• Create short- and long-term business plans aligning with company vision.
• Lead the BD team in achieving cross-departmental goals (marketing, design, and production).
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and client records.
