  • Manage and controlling the account receivable collection processes.
  • Checking and conduction a background check on any possibility of default.
  • Taking action when frauds are found in account receivable collection processes.
  • Prepare reports to management for the progress.
  • Generate reports & monitor action plans leading to performance results.
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/ L.L.B, Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Risk Manager/ Collection Manager with agriculture background.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment/control and collection processes.
  • Experience with risk assessment control and account receivable collection.
  • Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations.
  • Strong computer and research skills; knowledge of analysis software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Burmese and English language.
  • Open to travel remotely and spend time in rural areas where project sites are located.
  • High result orientation and high sense of ownership.
