Job Description

  • Route Planning : Design, alignment, and implementation of route design and planning for the assigned territory
  • Understanding : Insight the works of the salespersons, business developers, and account developers by channel and step by step
  • Well knows of GT and MT's market execution standards and outlet segmentation by channel in the market
  • Frontliner Workload : Balancing Perform post-mortem analysis for route plans designed and implemented, diagnose any possible design gaps and provide corrective actions and recommendations related to sales frontline productivity means all salespersons, business developers, and account developers by the role of GT and MT team
  • Process Building and Design: Process Building and Design: Proactive assessment of the sales routes for continuous efficiency and productivity. Conduct special studies on the improvement of distribution planning such as Time Studies to determine the delivery time windows, and fixes and variable time standards.
  • In Field Visits: Conduct market visits and route ride activities to document findings and new insights/areas of opportunity in route design and sales routines from the discussion with the sales team and RCL
  • Project Handling and Coordination: Lead specific RTM projects with cross functional collaboration
  • Data Mining, Consolidation and Report Generation: Ensure accuracy and completion of the assigned report with supporting rigorous analysis
  • Data Analysis, Presentation a Business Case  Building: Decision support analysis on the assessment of new route design on the partners' overall business
  • performance, diagnose, and be able to provide corrective actions and recommendations to be presented to concerning TSM/RSH"
  • Trainings and Cascades : Assist the RTM in building capability on RTM tools, methodologies, and process improvements at all levels of the organization through the development of training materials, conducting workshops, training, and on-site coaching

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree Holder.
  • At least 2-4 years’ experiences in Sales route planning.
  • Must be able to travel (50% of the time in travelling with territory).
  • Computer literate.
  • Good in Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
