Monitor and ensure workers wear proper PPE such as helmets, gloves, safety shoes, and safety vests.

Identify unsafe acts and unsafe working conditions at the workplace.

Prepare Risk Assessment Reports and Method Statements and recommend control measures to reduce risks.

Conduct Safety Induction training for new workers and lead toolbox meetings.

Provide training on emergency procedures and correct use of PPE.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and safety regulations.

Maintain safety records, documents, and reports.

Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, contractors, and government inspectors regarding safety matters.

Prepare emergency response plans and conduct fire drills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Bachelor’s Degree with certification in Occupational Health & Safety.

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in safety management.

Knowledge in Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), scaffolding inspection, excavation & trench safety, PPE compliance, and heavy equipment safety.

Good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and workplace safety laws.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
