- Must arrive at the assigned position at 9:00AM daily
- Must be submit the issues,topic, required documents and solution in real time.
- Must be request to the department head about the departmental issues,government business issue and it have considered necessary to operate in cases.
- Must be report daily,weekly and monthly to marketing department manager.
- To serve the customers care services politely to parents and teachers, especially to school management team.
- To provide sensible feedback to the customer
- To accomplish the smooth communication with customer and internal team.
- To assist customer's requirement related with the application.
- To gather the market information ,school information , competitor information and geographic information.
- To introduce smart campus information to new customer.
- To submit the monthly, weekly plan to marketing department manager.
- To identify and generate marketing activity for Smart Campus business.
