- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- At least 3–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory position is preferred.- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Good planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Ability to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.- Good knowledge of market research and marketing techniques.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
