Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Manager for the Nilar Holdings Company Limited in Yangon (Pabedan). Lead seasonal sales planning, grow distributor and dealer networks, and support field marketing for agri-input and chemical products. This role blends strategy, market insight, and cross-functional coordination to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Execute seasonal sales plans, pricing strategies, and territory targets to achieve revenue growth.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with ag-dealers, wholesalers, cooperatives, and key accounts.
● Lead field trials, demo plots, and farmer education seminars to support product adoption and demand.
● Track crop cycles, competitor pricing, and market trends to guide sales actions and dealer support.
● Manage dealer credit, payment collections, inventory forecasting, and coordination with accounts and supply chain.

● Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Protection, Chemical Engineering, BBA, or Diploma.
● Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in Myanmar’s chemicals or agri-input sector.
● Strong knowledge of industrial chemicals, Myanmar crop cycles, pricing, and credit terms.
● Proven distributor network across Myanmar with the ability to develop new business relationships.
● High willingness to travel extensively to regional farming hubs and customer locations.
● Manager-level mindset with strong planning, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
