  • Explore sales opportunities with existing and new customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and strategize personal action plans according to the company’s budget and direction.
  • Be a team player by contributing skills, knowledge, and staying teachable and trainable.
  • Keep track of competitors’ activities and market information, including market size and projects, to plan next steps.
  • Welcome and advise customers on tile products and design options
  • Maintain luxury tiles gallery standards (cleanliness, display, ambiance)
  • Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Maintain existing accounts and act as professional contact to satisfy customer needs and resolve complaints
  • Learn and share product knowledge confidently
  • Support tiles gallery operations and team activities
  • Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • Good computer skills
  • Minimum two-year related experience in customer support, retail, interior, or sales
  • No tile industry experience required
  • Professional, well-presented, and attentive
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
