Job Description

  • Achieve area sales targets and drive sales development in the assigned territory.

  • Perform daily shop visits according to the approved visit plan.

  • Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.

  • Communicate with shop store owners, arrange appointments, and actively promote products.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and marketing activities.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Provide daily reports and submit feedback to management on product performance and customer needs.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Accounts, Operations teams) to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate.

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role (FMCG or cosmetics field preferred).

  • Must be under 35 years of age.

  • Open to all genders (Male / Female / Any).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.

  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented attitude and able to work under pressure.

  • Must be able to work with team members and travel locally.
