Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to support daily client needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive service experience for our FMCG business in Hlaingtharya, Yangon.

Key Responsibilities
● Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
● Provide accurate product, order, and service information to customers.
● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and follow up on cases.
● Maintain customer records, feedback, and service logs in a timely manner.
● Support service quality improvements and deliver a positive customer experience.
