  1. ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်၍ sale နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော certificate (သို့မဟုတ်) diploma ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  2. အသက် ၂၅ နှစ်မှ ၃၅ နှစ်ကြားဖြစ်ရမည်။
  3. Modern Trade Supervisor ရာထူးဖြင့် လုပ်သက် ၂နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ FMCG field မှဖြစ်ရမည်။
  4. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-mail တို့အား အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  5. Leadership, Team Building, Problem Solving & Communication Skill များ ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  6. နယ်ခရီးရှည်သွားနိုင်ရမည်။
  7. မိမိအားပေးအပ်ထားသော Target ပြည့်မီအောင်ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
