Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1. Sales Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end sales administration processes (order to delivery)
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoicing
  • Monitor sales operations workflow and improve efficiency

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise the sales admin team
  • Set KPIs and monitor team performance
  • Provide coaching and training to team members

3. Order & Contract Management

  • Review and validate sales orders, contracts, and pricing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and approval processes
  • Coordinate with legal/finance for contract-related matters

4. Sales Data & Reporting

  • Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Analyze sales performance, trends, and forecasts
  • Provide insights to management for decision-making

5. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service
  • Ensure smooth delivery and billing processes
  • Resolve operational issues affecting sales performance

6. CRM & System Management

  • Manage CRM / ERP systems related to sales
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper system usage
  • Improve system processes and reporting tools

7. Customer Support (Escalation Level)

  • Handle key customer issues and escalations
  • Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA is an advantage

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Administration / Sales Operations
  • At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience in FMCG, Trading, Telecom, or Banking industries preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and operations
  • Experience with CRM / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
