Sales Administrator

  1. Handle all sales support operations including, but not limited to
  2. Handle customer enquiry, prepare quotations, contracts, invoices etc
  3. Update and maintain customer database including document management
  4. Consolidate and generate weekly and monthly reports
  5. Communicate and engagement with customers
  6. Assist in Marketing activities & events such as roadshow, product launch etc
  7. Ad hoc duties as requested by your supervisor
