Opportunity Assessment

  • Assess the outlet's potential based on traffic, consumer profiles, peak-hour traffic, brand fit, and competitive landscape
  • Monitor competitor presence, activity and defend tap handles, menu placements, and visibility

Business Expansion

  • Outlet/Partner acquisition.
  • Prepare the best contract proposal and coordinate with management ahead of time to defeat the competition.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and partnership agreements
  • Close acquisition through owner or operator decision‑makers
  • Ensure first order placement and timely product availability post‑onboarding.

Outlet/Partner enduring relationship

  • Maintain and follow up strong customer relationships to ensure long‑term engagement, trust, and business continuity.
  • Compliance and Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Ensure all acquired outlets hold valid on‑trade alcohol licenses in accordance with business policy and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal compliance/legal teams
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.

Reporting

  • Customer Profiling
  • Gather feedback from clients and communicate insights to internal teams to enhance products or services.
  • Report on the status hunting list by weekly & the achievement report by monthly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Account Management, mainly in On-Trade hunting and acquisition
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking skills to analyze market trends, evaluate business opportunities, and drive growth plans
  • Adaptable and resilient in responding to changing priorities, market trends, customer rejection, and competitive challenges
  • Professional approach with strong ethical standards and the ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Positive attitude toward the beer and alcohol industry
  • Valid driving license and able to drive a car
