Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
Lead and manage sales teams, distributors, and channel partners to improve sales performance and market coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers, and business partners.
Manage sales operations including order fulfillment, inventory control, delivery coordination, and supply chain activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and identify new business opportunities.
Manage CRM systems, sales reporting, forecasting, and performance KPI tracking.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical distribution standards, quality requirements, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, QA, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational excellence.
Drive continuous improvement in sales growth, distribution efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Distribution, Business Development, or Commercial Management, preferably in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, Industrial, or Trading sectors.
Proven experience in sales strategy development, target achievement, distributor management, and market expansion.
Strong knowledge of sales operations, distribution channels, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and customer relationship management (CRM).
Experience in managing key accounts, hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional customers.
