- Contact all clients to develop business leads
- Prepare shop house document to Senior Executive
- Form C prepare
- Document all client-contract
- Follow and maintain the Sales and Marketing standards and policy
- Receive inquiry calls and assist the customers to meet their satisfaction for their reservation
- Prepare daily report of Sales & Marketing activities and sales result and submit to Department Head
- Prepare monthly dormitory occupancy List & Customer Complained by Dormitory
- Responsible to Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales and marketing field is related with Real Estate, Property Development in the Construction field.,
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities at a strategic and functional level must be good command of English writing and MS office computer skills and awareness of web reporting will be advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraint to meet deadlines and accurate.
