• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field• 5+ years of experience in Sales / Retail / Wholesale / Distribution• Supervisory or management experience is preferred• Strong skills in Sales Planning, Negotiation, Dealer Management and Customer Development• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP / POS / CRM systems• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
