Job Summary
Lead sales and marketing activities for a telecom company in Yangon, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic, hands-on manager who can guide campaigns, support business development, and achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to grow telecom products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve targets, improve performance, and expand market share.
  • Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and brand activities aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategy.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and insights for management decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in telecom.

  • Ability to analyze market data and convert insights into effective action plans.
  • Proficient in MS Office and business reporting tools.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
