As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team by creating strategic plans, driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence. The role focuses on team performance, market analysis, branding, and relationship building to increase the company’s competitiveness and customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and key accounts.
• Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies as needed.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market changes to stay ahead.
• Lead and support the sales team, including performance management and training‎
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
• Ensure strong internal communication and goal alignment within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
• Address client complaints professionally and support after-sales service.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Age under 35 years is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of branding, advertising, and online marketing trends.
