Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with the overall school strategy.
  • Safeguard and enhance the school's brand image, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Create engaging and relevant content to showcase the school's unique offerings.
  • Oversee the school's online presence, including website management, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute events, both online and offline, to promote the school to prospective students and parents.
  • Coordinate participation in international education fairs and conferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brand partners for PR and Sponsorships
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a positive return on investment.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to assess marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements and adjustments based on campaign performance data.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing the marketing budget.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple branches or locations.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience in the education industry or service sector (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
