1. Develop targeted tactical and branding campaigns via integrated marketing ( Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, etc) primarily to effectively generate leads, build and reinforce brand/product awareness.
2. Follow-up progress and impact of marketing actions ensuring targets and deadlines
3. To manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
4. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
5. Maintaining and handling relationships with clients and agents by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
6. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
7. Monitor and Report on market competitor activities and provider relevant report and information
8. Record, analyze and conduct sales daily, weekly, monthly report to Directors 

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales Management, Marketing or any related field.
2. At least 3 years experience in sales and marketing
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, Problem-Solving, Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
4. Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
5. Fluent in Burmese, English (Chinese is a plus)
