  • To build a database of clientele and work for PR and branding Hospital to improve the brand image
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans that align with company objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Support the sales team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product development, finance) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies
  • To manage the event through various sponsors
  • To oversee all Incoming Event and promotion enquiries direct/ Indirect and ensure that each one is handled in a proper and efficient manner
  • To Manage all activities of Digital Marketing, Design & Sales team

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree / Degree in Business Administration, Health Science or equivalent experience (At least 7 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing or healthcare industry)
  • Demonstrates analytical, meticulous and accuracy in the job
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude towards challenges
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
