Generate New Business: Identify and acquire new B2B customers through online prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and field visits to grow freight and logistics sales.
Promote Logistics Services: Present the company's freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions to prospective clients.
Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding customers' shipping requirements and providing tailored logistics solutions.
Support Marketing Activities: Promote the company's services through social media, digital marketing, networking events, and other brand awareness initiatives.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly sales, customer acquisition, and shipment volume targets.
Coordinate with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution and provide timely updates to customers.
Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or the Logistics industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Well-organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Good understanding of the Yangon business and logistics market.
