Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Business Development: Identify and engage prospective clients through market research and networking to develop new business opportunities.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct product demonstrations, understand client needs, and recommend suitable Property Management System (PMS) solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotels and hospitality businesses.
  • Sales Closing: Negotiate contracts and close business deals to successfully achieve sales targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Reporting & Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings; prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in software sales or hospitality industry sales (Professional with Hotel Sales background is highly preferred).
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Mindset: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
