Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Lead system onboarding, training, and ongoing support for sales teams across MBC and MarNo platforms.
  • Design and implement capability-building initiatives, including workshops and coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to identify capability gaps and translate insights into system enhancements.
  • Monitor system usage and user engagement; provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting quality by working closely with the Sales Operations teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or systems training.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, and Software teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
