  • Support daily sales operations and make sure processes run smoothly
  • Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Track sales performance and update data regularly
  • Manage and maintain sales records and customer information
  • Coordinate with sales team and other departments (finance, logistics, warehouse)
  • Assist in order processing and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor stock availability and support sales planning
  • Handle sales documents, contracts, and invoices
  • Help solve basic issues related to orders or customers
  • Support sales campaigns and promotions
  • Ensure all data is accurate and up to date

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in sales operations or similar role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
