About the Company

Good Brothers' Agricultural Services Public Co. Ltd. (ASP) is a key pillar of the GBS Group, dedicated to strengthening Myanmar's agricultural productivity. We provide end-to-end support for farmers, from soil preparation to harvesting and storage. As a leading agri-commodity trading entity, ASP specializes in the local procurement and international export of beans, corn, and rice, bridging the gap between local wholesalers and global markets.

 

Job Description

  • Prepare and manage Sales Contracts and coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments for advance deposits.

  • Handle Export License applications and diligently follow up on the approval process.

  • Coordinate with the Purchase Team for procurement and manage shipment bookings once goods are ready.

  • Prepare and process a full set of shipping documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, and Phyo/CCIC certificates.

  • Liaise with buyers to confirm draft documents and monitor payment remittances.

  • Analyze profit margins and prepare daily reports on market prices and shipment statuses.

  • Monitor crop seasons and visit production regions to inspect quality and maintain relationships with agents.

Job Overview

  • Working Hour: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Working Day: Monday to Saturday

  • Holiday: Sunday and Gazette Holidays

  • Report To: China Sales Manager

  • Work Location: GBS Head Office, Hlaing Township, Yangon

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience within Trading industry or Freight Forwarding industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (Written & Spoken) is essential for handling the China market

  • Proven experience in export/import documentation and licensing processes

  • Strong analytical skills for calculating profit margins and monitoring market trends

  • Ability to travel to various agricultural regions within Myanmar for quality inspection and agent management

  • Excellent communication skills for negotiating with international buyers and local suppliers
